Safety and environmental protection are now the lifeline of chemical enterprises, as well as an eternal theme. This year, for Safety Production Month, the company organized two activities: an essay competition on identifying safety hazards in the company, and a safety knowledge contest – both were carried out very well. I personally participated in the essay competition and won first prize, with a reward of 1,000 yuan. Hehe~~ Chemical accidents are truly alarming; I hope that all chemical companies can ensure safe production by strengthening physical, technical, and human safeguards, so as to be able to identify and prevent both unsafe conditions of equipment and unsafe behaviors on the part of workers in a timely manner. Safety Production Month is merely a formality; currently, safety management methods in the country are limited. Safety Production Month can still serve as a reminder for everyone.
During this year’s Safety Production Month, our company carried out quite a number of activities: 1) continuing the “I Want Safety” campaign as well as the activities aimed at identifying and addressing potential safety hazards; 2) organizing employees to study the new Fire Protection Law on multiple occasions and holding knowledge competitions; 3) conducting tests on the Safety Production Law among all employees; 4) organizing employees to write reflections on the “I Want Safety” campaign and evaluating those writings; 5) carrying out company-wide emergency response drills, and so on. . . It has achieved certain results.
