Let’s each share the longest continuous operation time for the 4.0 or 6.5 Mpa water-coal slurry gasifiers in our respective companies, so that we can establish a comparison framework and see how far we are from the advanced level

The online rate is around 100 days; due to reasons related to air separation and electrical equipment, the furnace stops operating after 60 days of continuous use.

From 0 to 60 days, it depends on the skill level of the operator.
Our 65-kilogram furnace has a maximum operating record of 47 days; similar units, such as those used in the Wei River gasification plant, may perform even better. I think a 40-kilogram individual does best with Fengxi. .

At 50 days, due to a leak in the burner cooling water, the burner was replaced and put back into operation under pressure. Finally, it was stopped as planned after 60 days. But is a normal continuous operating time sufficient, or should it be extended indefinitely? Even if continuous operation can last 60 or 70 days, the lifespan of the burners manufactured in China is currently limited to around 90–100 days. If the operating time is prolonged, will this affect the burners, as well as other valves and pipes that normally need to be replaced or serviced after two cycles of operation? Do they also need to be replaced after a long period of continuous operation? A balance should be found between operating time and operating costs and benefits, especially since the benefits of producing methanol synthetically are not very good at present.
For 6.5MP Dehua models with a single nozzle, the maximum time is around 70 to 80 days; if the load remains within acceptable levels and stable, it could possibly reach around 100 days. For models with four nozzles at 6.5MP, the maximum time seems to be around 35 days. I’m not sure what the maximum duration for Wei Hua is; this cannot be determined by simply counting the number of days, as there are many influencing factors such as the furnace’s load, pressure level, the skill level of the operators, and the quality of the local water.
It is best for a 40-kilogram furnace to operate continuously for 64 days; remember to stop it and replace the burner due to leaks in the burner coil!
The reasonable operating time for a 6.5MPA gasification furnace is around 40 days; the main issue is that the erosion of the burners requires regular inspection. Under conditions of very stable coal quality, Wei Hua can last at most a little over 60 days, and such situations occur quite rarely.
