What online analysis systems are people using to measure the H2S content in coke oven gas? What brand is it?

Due to environmental regulations, the company’s coking plant plans to install an online H2S analysis system for the coke oven gas. I’m not sure what brands are currently in use – are there any recommendations? Thank you

Actually, for analyzers like HS2 of yours, the most difficult part is preprocessing~~ because there is water vapor involved, and HS2 doesn’t work well in the presence of water. We adopted special preprocessing methods to solve this problem. We have built many such analyzers for areas in Shanxi and Shandong. First, it’s necessary to choose the appropriate measurement principle; lead acetate paper strips certainly won’t work well, and using chromatography seems a bit wasteful (though it is reliable). Spectroscopy is a better option, with Ametek products being the best, but they are also the most expensive. Other brands are simply useless. Pre-treatment has a slight special requirement: heat preservation is needed throughout the process, and if it involves small sample pipelines, special materials must be used.
