The density of FRP is 1.5-1.9g/cm³, which is 1/4 of steel, but its strength is higher, so it has the advantage of higher strength. (2) Corrosion resistance. By selecting different types of resins, it can withstand various acids, alkalis, salts and various oils and solvents. It can be widely used in all aspects of chemical anti-corrosion and can replace stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and other materials. (3) The inner wall is smooth, with a roughness coefficient n=0.0084, good hygienic performance, easy to clean, and anti-microbial corrosion. If food-grade resin is used as the matrix, it is non-toxic and tasteless, ensuring the hygienic requirements of the product. (4) It has good low temperature resistance and can be used at temperatures below minus 80°C, making it suitable for cold areas. (5) The thermal expansion coefficient is 2 * 10-5/°C, thermal conductivity 0.2kcal.m/㎡.h.°C, good thermal insulation performance. (6) It is easy to form and maintain. It is especially suitable for equipment with complex structures. Large containers can be wound as a whole on site. (7) It can be equipped with liquid level gauges, guardrails, ladders, platforms and other components as required.
