At present, the DMF production processes are quite mature, but they vary from one another. Could you please share which process your respective companies use? How effective is it?
The current main process is the reaction of methanol and ammonia to produce dimethylamine, which then reacts with CO (referred to as the CO one-step method) to yield DMF; all other methods have been phased out!
