Thank you to the moderator for providing so much relevant information; however, it seems that there isn’t much information in these posts regarding the comparison between imported and domestic technologies. Currently, there is ongoing debate about which one is superior; it would be useful to conduct a comprehensive comparison based on overall cost-performance. Do not overemphasize the initial investment, nor should you constantly promote long-term operation. I’m not sure how to determine this “degree”?
The use of low-temperature waste heat recovery technology for sulfuric acid has now enabled the utilization rate of its waste heat to exceed 90%. It’s time to act. Mengmoke (the domestic partner for waste heat recovery, Shanghai Hailu Kunlun) performs very well in large-scale installations across the country; one could take a look at the 1 million tons per year plant in Zhangjiagang operated by Shuangshi, as well as the several facilities owned by Yuntianhua International Chemical. Of course, since all the equipment has to be imported, the cost is naturally high! The domestic Ogris uses homegrown technology, but the reliability of large-scale installations requires time to be verified! !
