May I ask about the urea production volumes of Yuntianhua, Lutianhua, and Chitianhua?

Hello everyone. As our company plans to build a large-scale urea granules production facility recently, the current production levels in China are not clear. In particular, what was the production volume of large-granule urea by Yuntianhua, Lutianhua, and Chitianhua in 2008? I’m not entirely sure about how well the equipment is performing. What follows are the figures I found by searching online; I’m not sure if they’re accurate, so please let me know if there are any corrections needed. Thank you. There seems to be something wrong with this spreadsheet of yours; are these their designed production capacities? It’s not the actual production capacity.
Yeah, it’s about production capacity; there’s no actual output. If anyone does have some output, please share it – even approximate figures will do
Shanxi Tianze has two large-grain production units in operation, with another unit under construction (which should also start operating soon); the total annual production volume is expected to be around 800,000 tons.
It would also be possible for such a table to list the designed production capacity. Since actual production capacity is greatly influenced by factors such as raw material supply and the external market environment, the output of the same facility varies from year to year. Of course, it would be better to list the actual production volume from the previous year along with the designed capacity.
There is currently no actual production volume; if any exists, I hope fellow sailors can provide additional information! !
At present, Yuntianhua and Chitianhua do not have the capacity to produce large-grain urea. I called their sales teams today, and they said they lack the capability to manufacture such urea. Does anyone know anything about this?
Actually, production capacity is also very important. Last year, due to poor environmental conditions, there were instances of production shutdowns and restrictions. Things can change based on market demands and other factors. If you really want to find out more, you should consult the Fertilizer Branch of the Chinese Chemical Society; it might be possible to get some information, but keep in mind that all statistical data seems to contain some inaccuracies.

As far as I know, around 10 years ago, there was a surge in interest in large-grained urea in China; many capable manufacturers installed facilities for producing such urea, some of which were imported. Significant investments were made in this area, but soon the market for large-grained urea did not perform well, and the products could not be sold. As a result, most of these production facilities are now idle. It is likely that your company has limited contact with the outside world, resulting in inadequate information flow. I hope you will conduct thorough research before making any investments, and avoid repeating the mistakes of others. This is just for reference.
It is understood that Yuntianhua seems not to have large particles; as for Chitianhua, it’s unclear. Those who know more about this could please provide additional information.
