Version compatibility issue; I only have CAXA and CAD 2004 on my computer ； If you can’t open a newer version of CAD, use CAXA instead. Caxa is a great product. The computer doesn’t have CAD 2009 and 2010. Looking forward to having it resolved downstairs

Take a look at the font library issue – are the font libraries for 09 and 10 comprehensive enough? Otherwise, try covering it with the 04 font library
