Does anyone have available data on CTA vacuum filtration rotary vacuum filters and filter cake parameters? I’ve been searching for it for a long time without success; I’m counting on all of you. . . .
Our company has manufactured CTA filtration units, but we use a candle-type filtration system. Which project is the poster using it for?

We don’t have the parameters for the drum. We only know that under normal circumstances, the filter cake thickness of horizontal belt filters is more uniform than that of vacuum drum filters; therefore, the washing efficiency and water consumption are lower compared to drum filters.
I would like to know whether the parameters for belt vacuum filtration, such as filtration resistance, resistivity, porosity of the filter cake, and the mass fraction of solid particles, are similar to those of drum filtration. I’ve already gathered most of the information on the equipment; I just need these parameters. If they are similar, I would appreciate it if you could provide them. . .
Parameters such as resistance and porosity are only taken into consideration when conducting research. These parameters mentioned in textbooks are of no use in selecting equipment; in industrial applications, process parameters and equipment selection are determined directly through pilot tests.
