May I ask all heroes?: For the different stages of silicon rod growth (early stage, middle stage, late stage), during the process of applying current to the silicon rod, if the current applied per hour fluctuates too much, it will have an impact on the various stages of the silicon rod. If it does, what kind of impact will it have? ? ? ? ? ? ?
It will definitely have an impact. If the current fluctuation is large, the rod may collapse in one furnace.
If the current fluctuation is too large, the temperature will fluctuate, causing cauliflower and temperature sandwiching.
If the current fluctuates greatly in the early stage, the furnace may collapse. Later, an interlayer may develop, and the big rod may easily break and the furnace may shut down due to power outage.
