What are the cooling components of a reciprocating compressor?
First, the cylinder needs to be cooled. During multi-stage compression, the compressed gas requires intermediate cooling, and in large compressor systems, the lubricating oil also needs to be cooled.
Additionally, our stuffing box is also water-cooled.
The cooling areas include 1. cylinder, 2. gas cooling, 3. packing

Cylinder cooling, intercooling, aftercooling, lubricating oil cooling
Cylinder cooling； Jacket at the intake and exhaust valves ； Cooling of the compressed gas at multiple intermediate stages ； Cooling at the stuffing box outlet ； Cooling of the lubricating oil system, etc.!
Agreeing with the above views, the compressors in our factory use two-stage compression; these are basically the relevant components.
