To ensure product quality, the side distillation outlet temperature should be well controlled, but the tower top temperature is generally not adjusted. The third is the balance of vapor and liquid phases. It is necessary to ensure that the pressure at the top of the tower is stable. If the pressure changes, the temperature of each side line will also change. The pressure will increase and the side line temperature will decrease. In addition, we must observe frequently, make fine adjustments, and take corresponding measures according to specific influencing factors.
