This post was last edited by superblade on 2009-8-5 11:42. We have 5 Roots blowers here: three with a capacity of 2970 m3/h and two with a capacity of 5920 m3/h. All of them are 3-blade models, manufactured by the Italian company ROBUSCHI&C. It has been in use for ten years; aside from replacing the oil seal and checking the top and side clearances, no other parts have been replaced – it is in excellent condition.
Domestically: Zhangqiu fans, Changzhou fans (with Shengli Group’s investment), Ningbo fans, and Bestar (a joint venture) are all available
Why are there so few people? Let’s all talk about it. . .
Among domestic fan manufacturers, Shaanxi Blower Co., Ltd. has the highest number of Roots blowers! Shenyang leads in centrifugal fans, but it can’t compete when it comes to Roots fans; it’s not even clear whether they are produced there I’m not too sure about those from abroad
I’ve used products from Tianjin Fan Factory; I replaced the 8-shaped gears.
We were originally using Roots blowers from Tianjin; I don’t know their price, but the cost of replacing parts is extremely high. Moreover, they don’t handle logistics arrangements – we have to send people to pick up the parts ourselves, which is extremely troublesome. . .
Among domestic Roots blower manufacturers, in terms of market share, Changsha Roots Blower Factory and Zhangqiu Roots Blower Factory are the more prominent ones.
We use fans from Zhangqiu, and they’re pretty good – they’ve never broken down
Zhangqiu Zhanghuan – our company uses products from this manufacturer. The maintenance requirements are low, but the noise level during operation is somewhat high.
