There are many manufacturers, and it depends on the industry in which you plan to use the equipment. For the cement and metallurgy industries, the relevant manufacturers include Chaoyang Heavy Machinery Factory, Zhengzhou Zhengkuang Machinery Manufacturing Company, New Type Cast Pipe Machinery Manufacturing Company, and Shaanxi Galaxy Cement Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. They all manufacture rotary kilns. The conventional minimum size for a rotary kiln is 1.6m x 32m, with a production capacity of 2 t/h. What is your production capacity? If it’s made any smaller, it won’t be cost-effective.

I’ve seen ones used for roasting chestnuts; they seem similar to rotary kilns, are of the external heating type, and are small enough. I’m not sure if they would be suitable.
The original poster uses it in a laboratory, not for production. Have the person who roasts sweet potatoes make one using traditional methods for you.

What materials are being processed? Baking temperature? What fuel is used? Wait, it’s very difficult to find refractory bricks for small kilns. 2. The mechanical transmission system: gear rings, clutch assemblies, lubrication systems, and so on – all of these require corresponding components. Therefore, equipping a small kiln also involves a lot of work; it’s not as simple as just purchasing whatever is available, as suggested by the original poster. Items may be available on the market, but they might not suit your material processing requirements.

Electric heating would be the best option, and it should have good sealing properties; it’s intended for chemical applications.
