The problem that the vacuum pump cannot create a sufficient vacuum pressure

Our factory uses vacuum evaporation. However, after the system is shut down, the vacuum level does not reach the required value; it used to be -55 KPa, but now it is only -46 KPa. We are using water ring vacuum pumps, and inspections have shown that the water temperature is relatively high. What are the reasons for this phenomenon and what are the solutions?
1. The pumping speed of a proper vacuum pump can be determined by the manufacturer based on factors such as the total volume to be evacuated and the time required to achieve the vacuum level specified by the process requirements. 2. The water flow rate should be controlled, and the water temperature must be low. The manufacturers of each type of vacuum pump specify the required water flow rate; efforts should be made to maintain that value. The water temperature should also be low, as the degree of vacuum is related to the saturated vapor pressure at that temperature. 3. To check whether the system is leaking, a pressure retention test can be used. 4. Inspection of the pump itself, such as whether the seals are damaged, and whether the impeller is clogged or corroded and perforated.
The people upstairs have considered things quite thoroughly; indeed, these aspects should be taken into account.
