Our department has corroded the reboiler due to years of use, so now we are reporting to the company to make a new reboiler.； Could you please tell me how much the materials cost during the design process of the reboiler? ； The reboiler we designed is Q-235B except for the barrel. The thickness is 8mm, the length is 250, and the diameter is DN1200. ； The rest of the materials are made of 316L material. The heat exchange area is about 300 square meters. The weight of the entire equipment is 7000KG. How much does the main material cost? What is the approximate price of 1,200 heat exchange tubes, 316L flange, and standard oval head?
The cylinder is Q-235B. The thickness is 8mm, (length 250, DN1200). Are the dimensions sure? 8mm ordinary steel pipes are not expensive. You didn’t mention the size parameters of your heat exchange tubes.
