Could everyone share information on which manufacturers produce dry coal powder flow meters for dry coal powder gasification furnaces that offer good quality and reliable performance?

A pulverized coal gasifier does not necessarily require a dry coal powder flow meter. Elephant: Gasifiers such as the Ende powder gasifier and the ash-polymerized fluidized bed powder gasifier use spiral coal feeders or star-shaped coal feeders for metering. Both spiral coal feeders and star coal feeders are driven by variable-frequency motors. Before use, calibrate the flow rate of the device first to determine the relationship between speed (current frequency) and flow rate. The flow rate of the pulverized coal can be recorded at runtime through speed (current frequency) control.
The Shell gasifier calculates the mass flow rate by measuring the density and flow velocity of the coal powder pipeline.
What was said on the 3rd floor makes sense; such a measurement method is probably more accurate than what a \"flow meter\" can provide!
The control precision of this method is rather rough; even for the transfer of powder at normal pressure, installing a mass flow meter reveals that the fluctuations in flow rate are surprisingly large. Currently, it seems that the SWR product from Germany meets the requirements outlined by LZ. There is relevant information available on this topic (it was shared earlier), and LZ can search for it. Although there aren’t many applications of this product in China, its quality is good, though its price is high
It is said that the flow meters used in space furnaces are German SWR flow meters, which are electromagnetic type flow meters. The flow rate corrected using density and flow velocity is also relatively stable, but the equipment is complex and cannot be directly used to form a control interlock with the coal powder control valve.
Currently, Shell’s pulverized coal gasification units use radiant-type pulverized coal flow meters from American Thermal Electric to measure the density and flow rate of the pulverized coal, which is then converted into a mass flow rate. However, it takes a relatively long time to calibrate these flow meters before they can be put into use, with calibration times ranging from two to three months. For the pulverized coal flow meter in the pressurized gasification unit of spacecraft furnaces, German SWR flow meters are used. One such meter can simultaneously measure the density and flow velocity of the pulverized coal, which is then converted into mass flow rate. The calibration of these flow meters is relatively simple, and their stability is good. Currently, such units are in use in the spacecraft furnace gasification systems in Puyang, Henan, and Linquan, Anhui.
There are only a few companies in the world that can measure the flow rate of coal powder. However, aside from flow meters, we mainly rely on the weight of the coal powder feed tank; by weighing it, we can determine the amount of coal present
At the Ende furnace, the amount of coal fed into the furnace is measured by converting the speed of the spiral coal feeder into a corresponding coal supply volume; belt weighing can also be used for this purpose
