What is the responsible department?

For risk management, does the responsible department refer to the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection?
Different companies have different regulations. It depends on the division of responsibilities in your company. Generally it is environmental safety management.
The equipment management department is responsible for equipment matters, the process management department is responsible for the process matters, and the electricity management department is responsible for the electrical matters. This depends on the distribution of responsibilities among various departments in your unit. Safety management requires all-person, all-weather, all-round, and whole-process management, and it is not enough to rely solely on the safety department.
