A piece of the packing in the circulating cooling water system has broken; the obvious consequence is that the water is not distributed evenly, but rather flows out as a single large stream. The system cannot be stopped yet; dear users, please help think of a simple way to handle this.
1. Install a filtering device at the inlet of the circulating water pump. 2. Increase the fan speed. 3. Add deep well water
As a supplementary note, no packing can be seen floating on top of the circulating water tank; there is a filter screen in that tank – so where did the packing go? The water supply temperature is fine; is it still necessary to run the fan at full capacity?
1. The filler is broken; it doesn’t look right. 2. It’s more likely that most of the fillers are blocked. Solution: Add a descaling agent to treat the filler

Below the water distributor, above the crushed packing, there is a splash plate. Also, is the presence of water columns caused by the detachment of the water distributor?
I forgot to mention it – pause the fan for a while and send someone into the cooling tower to handle it; that’s how we’ll proceed.
If there’s no issue with the water supply temperature, it shouldn’t be a problem with the fan; Water droplets remain; this is likely due to uneven distribution of the filler or some damage ; It is recommended to add a water tank at the pump inlet for buffering.
Has the filler really cracked? As long as there is water available, the packing generally will not crack; the most likely scenario is that the packing gets clogged ; Two methods: 1. If you don’t have time, rinse repeatedly with a high-pressure water gun; 2. Replace the packing
It’s just that the water flow is uneven, resulting in slightly poor heat dissipation; it’s no big deal. When you have the chance to stop, just rearrange the seasonings. Prolonged impact by water flow is something that happens frequently.
