I noticed that some users made mistakes in the abbreviations or even the Chinese names of Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company. Therefore, I’m posting this to correct the information as follows: Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company (SSEC) [Note: Some users spelled it incorrectly as S**, while others referred to it by its Chinese name, “Shanghai Engineering Chemistry Design Institute”, which is actually the name of SCEI]. It was established in 2002 through the merger of three design institutes, all based in Shanghai: **Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Design Institute of the Shanghai Medical Administration Bureau (SPIDI), which is also the organization responsible for compiling chemical process design manuals； Shanghai Petrochemical Jinshan Design Institute ； Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Design Institute.
