Classification of cables, seeking help

It would be best if the explanation isn’t taken from something found online. I do pipeline design myself – what are the commonly used cables and what are their models? Also, could you help analyze GXF-NHDIYPYVZ 2X1.5? Thanks.
Piping systems don’t require cables, so there’s no need to know about them. Moreover, cables have many letters; even those that aren’t commonly used in instrumentation and electrical systems still require reference materials when they are used
The cable code GXF-NHDIYPYVZ 2X1.5 doesn’t seem to be a standard code.
