First, check whether your container is a cryogenic container; if it is, then it’s not suitable. Your information is incomplete regarding whether it belongs to a low-temperature container.
Page 9 of GB150 specifies requirements for using Q235-C steel plates in shells.
When Q235-C is used in pressure vessels within category 150, the operating temperature ranges from 0 to 400℃
According to GB150-1998, it is not allowed! Q235C steel plates can only be used to manufacture containers for temperatures ranging from 0 to 400 degrees Celsius

The ambient temperature is -30 degrees, so the design temperature must be equal to or less than the ambient temperature! Therefore, Q235-C cannot be used
