I’m writing something here to entertain my fellow students, and also as a reply to a friend who asked, “Is there a future in metallurgy?” ” First, don’t compete. Unnoticed, a year has slipped away through our fingers; looking back, it’s already been a year since we graduated. Looking at my classmates who graduated together, some are workshop supervisors, some are in research roles, some are getting married, some are planning to buy a house, and so on; while looking at myself in the mirror, I feel like I have nothing. Suddenly, I think about my college days – I wasn’t that bad after all; I managed to pass the CET-4 just barely. I managed to pass those computer levels 2 and 3 without much effort, and I also received some scholarships, though not many. So why can’t I keep up with them now? ? :(Just think about it and you’ll feel sad:( His mother and everyone else in her family are in the metallurgy industry – how can there be such a big difference?! ! ) It’s just an empty phrase; don’t take it to heart. In fact, all of these are matters of mindset. When I first started, I insisted on reading books every day, but now, as soon as I get off work, I just want to sleep. Why is that? ? It’s not that others can’t get in; it’s possible that one is simply outdated. In those special remetallurgy plants, even if a woman doesn’t look attractive at all, she still has a partner. By this point, as my friend put it, sex in such places is \"mainly done with the hands, and occasionally with the mouth.\" (I was wondering at the time, how can such an expert rely on just their mouth?:P) At this point, I once again remember a common saying: \"If you compare people with each other, you’ll end up dying; if you compare goods with each other, you’ll lose them.\" In fact, it can be summed up in one sentence: mindset is the most important. Second, once you make a choice, you must stick to it. Don’t worry about what others think; instead, think about how you feel about it I used to hear people say that I was young and had plenty of time, but in the blink of an eye, I’m about to turn 30 – am I still young? ? ? :'(At this point, your girlfriend still hasn’t been settled yet!) ! What do you want to do at this point? Change careers? ? (Someone will surely say, Idiot, why don’t you leave?). Actually, think about it – can you walk? What about the network of relationships you’ve built since you left, and the foundation you’ve established now? You have to repeat such labor first! ! Think it through before starting a job; once you make a choice, don’t give up on it. This is especially true in our industry, as the conditions are the same no matter where you are! Third, know what you want? When I went to the factory, in two words: dirty and tiring! Hehe, it seems like all metallurgical plants are the same. We still came to such an environment – so why do we have to leave? There’s no progress here! ! Then why don’t we think it through before coming? In fact, the path is just a circle.:sleepy: If you don’t make a good choice now, you’ll end up back here anyway. Since that’s the case, let’s just move forward like this and not repeat it anymore! So whether it has a future really depends on you! ! What have I written without even realizing it? I don’t know myself either. Anyway, no one has said that my writings are off-topic or repetitive. In conclusion, I would say: look at yourself with a sense of shame, and look at the world with a sense of gratitude. Those who want to find employment should think carefully before doing so, and those who want to resign should consider how they will proceed next! ! There’s more I want to write, but time is limited; I’ll talk about it next time!
The third point, which I consider to be the most important, is to understand what one wants, to know how to position oneself, and to figure out how to achieve those goals; once goals are set, one must work hard and persevere to make them a reality
I agree; smelting companies are just like that. But just figure out what you want to get.
It’s good to have a clear direction in life, but it’s still necessary to persevere. Sometimes perseverance entails a lonely path, and I hope you won’t engage in competition; if you keep comparing yourself to others, you might end up giving up on your goals! There’s no right or wrong in things; it depends on how you look at them! !
Let me say something to encourage everyone here. I learned this from training when I was in college: think every day about what you should do, think every day about how you should act! ! I hope we can all find the person we truly want to become
I’ve also been graduated for a year now, and I often wonder how much longer I can continue in such an environment. At the same time, I wonder, \"Is there a future in metallurgy?\" ”This sentence. But now I’m gradually feeling a bit of hope. Go on! Go ahead! Everything will be fine!
We’re about the same; I graduated last year as well. I worked in the metallurgy industry for a year and now I’m unemployed at home. Well, I think it’s related to the overall economic situation – the global financial crisis and the downturn in China’s metallurgy industry. The better companies manage to get through this, but many private enterprises have already stopped operating (that’s what I used to work in). I’m still unemployed, but I still believe that there is a future in the metallurgy industry. It involves practical experience; to put it simply, those who have just graduated like us don’t earn very high salaries. But as people say, experience counts – as time goes by and one gains more experience, their value increases. These are just my personal opinions. Let’s not be pessimistic; I hope we can encourage each other and work hard together!
There’s so much electronic waste these days; the recycling of precious metals is a profitable business. The processes involved aren’t particularly complex either. If you have the courage to think and act, you can become rich. But it does cause quite serious pollution
