I would like to ask: apart from differences in resource availability and personnel, are there any differences in quality control aspects outlined in the quality manual and procedure documents, as well as in the record forms, between different levels of pipeline evidence collection?
In my opinion, the definitions used in the record forms related to quality handling, etc., as mentioned in the quality manual and procedure documents, should be consistent; therefore, it is acceptable to use the same record forms. One can refer to the specification requirements outlined in Q1
