CNPC Taizhou Refining Project

This post was last edited by Gao Tianyi on 2009-8-9 at 14:02. Does anyone know anything about CNPC’s Taizhou refining project? Has the environmental impact assessment for this project’s research been approved yet? Thank you. Who will be the design institute? Is it Universal or the Luoyang studio?
I’m not sure about this; I only know that Zhenhai Refining & Chemical has it, and I wonder when Taizhou will start oil refining as well
It is said that the National Development and Reform Commission is still reviewing this project, and the current trend is to restrict the construction of refining and chemical projects across the country in order to prevent overcapacity
Does Zhejiang not have a Zhenhai Refining & Chemical plant? It’s better for Taizhou to focus on manufacturing drugs!
I think Gaopharm is better in Taizhou, while Jiangkou can develop fine chemicals!
It’s from two companies; why can’t they manufacture it? I just need to know who is responsible for the design – no need to discuss anything else
The Taizhou project has been going on for many years; there’s no news. Isn’t the Sino-Russian project in Tianjin finished?
It seems that the approval process for CNPC’s Taizhou project will have to wait after that of CNPC’s Shangqiu project!
