Is integration of the person and their certificate required for chemical engineer registration?

I heard that chemical engineers need to be registered – is it required that the identity proof and the registration be combined? In other words, is it possible to just use a licensing certificate? Is it possible on a large scale, across different provinces and regions? Does anyone know?
In the future, it will definitely be a system that combines human witnesses with other elements. There are no official announcements yet regarding registration, but one should give up the idea of relying on such arrangements as soon as possible. The more money one earns, the greater the responsibility one will have to bear in case of problems down the road.
Official regulations definitely require a combination of physical presence and verification. It’s not being enforced strictly at the moment, so it’s still possible to hold a certificate. Furthermore, the practice of using fake credentials exists not only in our industry but in all sectors; I think it’s somewhat impossible to completely ban it. Of course, you must bear the risks associated with using fake certificates. Who benefits must take responsibility!
