The standards for blended fertilizers require that more than 70% of the particles should be within the size range of 2-4 mm. The implementation rules for blended fertilizer production licenses issued in 2009 specify the procedures for screening raw materials. Since the company plans to obtain a production license soon, it is necessary to have procedures in place for screening. In my opinion, screening is only required when the quality of the raw materials does not meet the standards. What are everyone’s thoughts on this? Please share your opinions
You are correct regarding the issue of particle size. However, in cases where rotary drum granulation or physical synthesis is used to convert powdered raw materials into granular products, such products should be referred to as compound fertilizers, and a screening process should be involved in that case; I think that’s what is meant here. As for ordinary BB fertilizers, those which are simply made by mixing large-grained urea, granulated ammonium sulfate or diammonium phosphate, along with granulated potassium fertilizers, probably do not require screening~~

We’re also struggling with this issue, but we can use the compound fertilizer production line and adopt a partial short-circuit process to produce BB fertilizer.:)
It’s better to have a separate screening machine; only the substandard materials are screened, while those that meet the standards are fed directly into the process

It’s the same with diammonium phosphate – over the past few years, products have tended to be yellowish-green in color. Moreover, there are only a few types of raw materials used in BB fertilizers; the only exception is the additives used in their formulation. As long as manufacturers aren’t completely foolish, who would dare to use inappropriate additives? What can distributors do if separation occurs?
