Selection of air separation equipment

Recently, I need to select an air separation unit, and there are two issues for which I would appreciate some advice: (1) When calculating the amount of nitrogen required for the project in order to choose the appropriate air separation unit, should the nitrogen needed for startup and shutdown processes also be included? (2) Total nitrogen gas volume – 15,105 NM3/h (1,105 NM3/h accounted for the nitrogen gas used during startup and shutdown) ； Total oxygen volume: -8596 NM3/h. What values should be assigned to A and B in KDON-A/B? Thank you, thank you!
When calculating the consumption, the amount used during startup, shutdown, and purging is generally not included. The design specifications for the device state that the amount used during purging should be calculated separately.
