When multiple feed streams are used in a gasifier, the temperature is generally low. The lowest feeding temperature at which successful operation was achieved in the gasifiers I have worked on was 860 degrees; I’m not sure if there are any other professionals who have recorded successful operations at lower temperatures than this.
It is said that some units have succeeded in feeding materials at 800 degrees; we heard the masters mention this when we were conducting tests.

Therefore, it is necessary to carefully analyze the type of coal in order to determine the appropriate ignition temperature for that specific coal.
