I would like to ask: what are the differences between registered engineers and the assistant engineers and senior engineers we mentioned? Which one is better? Thank you
In our factory, after one year of work as an assistant, one becomes an assistant engineer; after 5–6 years of working in that role, and if there have been special contributions, one can be promoted to engineer. After that, the next rank is senior engineer (which is required). . ,
