What are the reasons for the increase in the density of the riser?

Common causes include: 1. Changes in the differential pressure between the two devices; 2. Variation in loose air (steam) ; 3. Change in the valve opening degree ; 4. Changes in sleeve fluidization ; 5. Sudden change in catalyst circulation rate ; 6. Instrument display issues, etc.
The explanation on the 3rd floor is quite comprehensive; it’s also possible that there is blockage in the rear section of the pipe to be installed (due to the lining falling off). On the 2nd floor, the low pressure and flow rate of the air used to pressurize the vertical pipes result in insufficient force for lifting the catalyst; poor sulfidation is one of the reasons for the increase in density. ” Is there pressurized air in the standpipe? Haven’t heard of it!
Main reasons: 1. As the differential pressure between the two devices increases, the resistance in the raw material line rises, as does its density; 2. Excessive medium supply at the loose point of the standpipe to be installed ; 3. The density of the green sleeve is too high ; 4. After the circulation rate of the system catalyst increases, the valve opening adjustment fails to keep up ; 5. Fault in the raw material stop valve.
It is mainly affected by the catalyst circulation rate and the opening degree of the plug valve.
How can one know that the density of the pipe to be installed is increasing? Is your density usually displayed at a fixed value? The density indications of the deadleg risers in our plant fluctuate significantly back and forth. Does that mean it’s abnormal?
Is there pressure building up in the riser? If so, it means the transportation is improving, which is good. This also causes the spool pressure drop to increase.
1. The instrument indicates a fault; the valve position display for the startup standpipe plug valve shows normal, but the actual valve position is lower; 2. The stripping effect of the raw catalyst is poor, resulting in an increase in carbon content; the catalyst inside the raw catalyst riser becomes viscous and flows poorly ; 3. When the loosening air and loosening steam for the startup riser are blocked or their flow rate decreases, steam contains water ; 4. Fluctuations in catalyst circulation rate ; 5. Differential pressure fluctuation between the two devices ; 6. Change in airflow rate during the lifting of the startup riser sleeve ;
