For the loading of asphalt and residue oil, top-loading is generally used, and it is done in an open-spray manner. As a result, during this loading process, it is inevitable that high-temperature oil vapor escapes from the tank truck’s openings, which not only affects the environment but also poses harm to the health of the workers on site. Once asphalt or residue spills, it affects environmental hygiene. I’m wondering if there are any good sealed treatment solutions available in China that allow for monitoring of the liquid level during loading, as well as the ability to trigger alarms and automatically close valves when the level becomes too high.
Use a closed loading dip pipe; the oil and gas are led out through the gas phase pipe for discharge into the air, and a level switch for heavy oil can simply be installed on the cover. Of course, when parking, a bucket should be placed under the hanging tube, as oil dripping onto the deck would make it very dirty.
