Technology R&D Center – how should this be translated? Why does the S&T R&D Center look so awkward?
It’s not necessary to have an S&T department; in my opinion, an R&D Center is sufficient.
Personally, I think it would be better to translate it as center of R&D
Scientific Research Center
Don’t stick to a literal Chinese translation; it’s enough for foreigners to know what unit it is when they see the English version. Technology Center; or Research Center; or Research and Development Center; any of these will do, the simpler the better.

Do we have to use abbreviations? Just write the full names!
It seems there’s nothing wrong with simply writing the full name, Technology Research Center
