However, each time I downloaded it again, it cost me some money, and I think this isn’t very reasonable. Suggestion: Set a time limit; for example, if I download this document again within 30 days, my balance should not be deducted. I hope everyone will support my opinion!

30 days is a bit long; some websites allow repeated downloads within 24 hours without deducting wealth points repeatedly. I hope the administrator will consider Haiyou’s suggestion.
