After graduation, should I work in technology or in management at a company?

After graduating and starting work at a company, one is always faced with a choice: to work in technology or in management? With technical skills, you needn’t fear going anywhere. In any company, new employees must start with technical work, provided that you have a background in technology. From my personal experience, I think it’s best for you to work in technology first. If you consider subjective and objective factors separately, you’ll know how to proceed.

Once you have mastered the technical skills, it will be advantageous to move on to management. You can start with technology and learn management at the same time, handling both aspects.
