I currently use a Büchner funnel, filter paper, and a vacuum pump to filter the residues from industrial wastewater; this method works well but isn’t very efficient. I’m considering using industrial filtration methods now, but I’m not sure which type would be suitable for my needs. Laboratory-grade filter paper seems to suffice, but what kind of equipment should I use? I don’t think it’s that difficult, but I lack experience in the chemical industry. . . First, perform a particle size analysis on the solution. Determine the filtering method based on your processing volume.
