How to use base-point replication,
First, select the object you want to copy, then right-click on an empty area. In the CAD dialog box, a prompt will appear asking you to specify a base or displacement; at this point, select the point you need by left-clicking, and then place it where you want it
Select the object you want to copy, type co, press Enter or Space, then specify the base point for copying – just click on the base point where you want to paste it
Select the object you want to copy, right-click, choose “Copy with Base Point (B)”, click the left button to set the base point, and then select Paste to copy the object using that base point.
