How can I claim the daily online red envelope now? It shows that the source of my request is incorrect, so it cannot be submitted.
I tested it and there was no such issue; try testing it on another computer
Click on “Wealth Center”, find the red envelope section titled “Daily Red Envelopes for Issue xx”, and then click “Claim Red Envelope” at the bottom row... and that’s it. There should be no problem with this “red envelope receipt” program; it’s likely an issue with the software on your computer. Check your computer and try again.
The poster clicked on the \"Claim\" option at the bottom of the Wealth Center, rather than the \"Claim Red Packet\" option inside each red packet...
It seems I’ll have to try using a different computer. I used to receive things in the same way before, but these past two days I keep getting the message that my request comes from an incorrect source and cannot be submitted. I thought there were new rules or something.
