First, check whether the solenoid valve is receiving power; if not, it’s a wiring issue, and identifying where the power is lost will resolve the problem. 3. The problem has now been resolved; it was a poor connection in the circuit within the control cabinet that controls the extension of the outer arm, which prevented the oil transfer arm from moving in that direction. The most likely reason is that the sealing of this control cabinet was not done properly; water was found inside it some time ago, which has led to this problem now.
