Applied fertilizer A: The packing team must sweep up the applied fertilizer and bag it in each shift; once the bags are full, they should be sealed and stored (at the chute on the first floor), with the bags arranged neatly. A fine of 20 yuan is imposed for each violation ； B. Under normal circumstances, the amount of top-dressed fertilizer per day must not exceed 1 bag; any excess will result in a penalty of 80 yuan per bag ； In the event of overflow, it shall be handled as an accident ； C. During the process of storing fertilizers, it is strictly prohibited to dump them on the roads at the site; any such incident will result in a fine of at least 50 to 200 yuan. D. It is strictly prohibited to mix bulk fertilizers with finished fertilizers; a fine of at least 50 yuan per bag will be imposed for each instance of such mixing. If mixing is detected in the finished fertilizer warehouse but not noticed by the staff on duty, an additional penalty of 1 point per bag will be applied to the packaging staff on duty. 3. Shift handover: The shift handover is carried out in accordance with Lanhuan Tianyue Company’s relevant procedures. 4. Equipment maintenance: A. The packaging team is responsible for maintaining the chains and belts, the belt used for reversing packages, the packaging machines, as well as the dust collectors and pipelines used. If there is poor material discharge, it is strictly prohibited to strike the pipes and equipment with iron tools; a fine of 5 to 30 yuan will be imposed for each occurrence. B. Regularly clean the silo (during temporary shutdown) and the bag filter as required (daily during the night shift). A fine of 30 yuan will be imposed for each failure to carry out cleaning. C. During each shift, ensure that the backup packaging line is in operation for at least 1 hour; failure to do so will result in a fine of 50 yuan per incident, in accordance with the company’s Employee Assessment Standards. II. Job Management 1. Measurement: The Yunqi Packaging Team must properly package the urea products to prevent any loss of urea. In the urea production workshop, the measurement of finished products is based on the readings from electronic scales used for packaging. If it is found that the actual quantity is less than what the scales indicate (except in cases caused by equipment issues), the packaging team must record this detail in the operation log, with confirmation from the shift supervisor. In such cases, the company’s workshop will impose a penalty on the Yunqi Packaging Team equal to twice the value of the missing quantity. 2. Damaged items: The Yunqi packaging team carries out overnight shifts every day to repack the damaged bags and incorporate them into the finished products. The damage rate is set at 0.1% in accordance with company regulations; it is calculated at the end of the month and reported to the company for inclusion in performance evaluations. Packet weight: 0.019 kg/T. Ur 3. Packaging standards: The packaging area is under 24-hour surveillance; 20 bags are randomly inspected per shift, and if one bag is found to not meet the standards, a fine of 2 yuan is imposed on the packaging team. The workshop found that the packages in the warehouse were substandard; the staff on duty failed to detect this. Additionally, 0.5 points will be deducted from the packaging team responsible for that shift per bag. A: Check whether the folding is proper: the sewing thread should be aligned at the top, both in front and behind, with straight stitches that are parallel to each other. Whether there is skipping of stitches at the sealing point: The sealing point should be neat, with more than 75 stitches per bag ； 4. Transport and loading/unloading standards: The lifting height of urea must not exceed 2 meters; a fine of 100 yuan will be imposed for each violation. 5. Finished product sampling standards: For samples to be kept during shift work, the packaging operators are required to take samples at intervals of no more than two hours, at at least 5 different points (with a distance of about 20 meters between each point on the conveyor belt). Approximately 50 grams of sample should be taken from each point, and the samples from all 5 points are then mixed together and sealed. Four samples are taken per shift using this method. 6. Reporting procedure for the post: When issues arise related to instruments, electrical systems, or equipment at the post, the staff member on duty should contact the relevant personnel and report to the team leader. The team leader should arrive at the post promptly to address the situation; in cases of serious problems, the matter should be reported to the person on duty that day. 7. Coding on the certificate of conformity: Each bag must be coded, with supervision by the packaging team. A fine of 2 yuan per bag will be imposed on the packaging team for each case of missing coding. Bags were found in the warehouse without coding, and the staff on duty did not notice this; therefore, 0.5 points will be deducted from the packaging team for each such bag. 8. Weighing of packaged products: the target weight is 50 + 0.25 kilograms. Inaccuracies in the readings from electronic scales can lead to variations in the packaging weight. In such cases, that packaging line must be stopped immediately. Unqualified products must be weighed using a traditional scale before being stored; otherwise, the packaging team will be fined 50 yuan per bag in accordance with the contract provisions. When the weight of the finished products is inaccurate due to the electronic scale, the packaging team should promptly contact the instrumentation department to resolve the issue; products with problems must not be delivered to sales and must be repackaged. 9. Packaging bag management: The packaging bags are received into storage in the presence of the on-duty staff and section supervisors; after passing Sinochem’s inspection, they are then sent for storage. The workshop conducts monthly inventory checks. Basis for preparation: 1. The contract signed between Yunqi Packaging Team and the company in March 2009; 2. This serves a supervisory role, while also allowing production staff to devote more energy to improving production.
