Which organization developed the gasification technology for space furnaces? ? ? What is the contact number? ? ? ?
This post was last edited by GSP on 2009-8-19 at 10:48. The domestic space rocket gasification technology is also known as the HT-L powder gasification technology. It was developed by Beijing Aerospace Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Engineering Company, which is part of China National Space Administration. This technology uses dry coal powder as the feed (coal powder particles with a size of 20–90 microns), inert gas for transportation (nitrogen or carbon dioxide), and a high-pressure gasification furnace with a pressure of 2.0–4.0 MPaA. The allowable operating temperature of the gasification furnace chamber is 1400 to 1900°C; it has a wide range of coal compatibility and a high carbon conversion rate. A single burner top-firing combined burner is used, with local maintenance of the burner head required once every 6 months. It features a closed-type coil water-cooled wall radiation chamber structure, with a design life of 20 years. “A \"self-healing\" refractory material structure that requires minimal maintenance. This technology employs quenching, water-bath syngas cooling, and washing methods, offering good reliability. It features a long continuous operation time and strong production adjustment capability.
Introduction to Beijing Aerospace Wanyuan Coal Chemical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Beijing Aerospace Wanyuan Coal Chemical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “Aerospace Coal Chemical Company”) is affiliated with the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, which is part of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. The company has a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the research, development, design, production, sales, and maintenance of coal gasification projects as well as other coal chemical equipment. It serves as a professional general designer and contractor for coal gasification projects, as well as a comprehensive supplier of coal chemical equipment. Leveraging its advantages in aerospace technology, Aerospace Coal Chemical Company transforms and applies the achievements in aerospace technology obtained in areas such as high-temperature, high-pressure environments, efficient and rapid combustion, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics to the civil industry. The company boasts strong technical capabilities and possesses the \"HT-L pressurized coal gasification technology\" with independent intellectual property rights. This technology requires low investment, has a short construction period, and yields quick results, enabling it to meet the development needs of industries such as chemicals and power generation ; It holds 3 technical patents, including those for gasification furnaces, gasification burners, and slag breakers, with another 18 technical patents currently under application for approval. Aerospace Coal Chemical Company has adopted modern enterprise management systems, adhering to a demand-driven approach, building reputation through quality, pursuing development through innovation, and enhancing efficiency through superior service. The complete sets of equipment produced by the company are highly favored by customers and are widely used ; Gasification projects are also developing rapidly; currently, two industrial demonstration plants using space-based gasification technology to produce 150,000 tons per year of methanol (and ammonia) are under construction, with several additional projects in the negotiation stage ; At the same time, the company continues to expand its industrial chain by acquiring the Lanzhou Petrochemical Design Institute in Gansu Province, striving to make the enterprise larger and stronger. With a focus on the domestic market and an outlook toward the world, by 2010 the company’s sales revenue was expected to exceed 5 billion yuan, laying a solid foundation for it to become a first-class coal chemical company both in China and internationally. I just found the relevant information; I’m in contact with them now. Our company is interested in adopting this technology
I’m also very curious about the applications of space furnaces?
This HT-L coal pressurized gasification technology actually draws on the technologies of both Texaco and Shell, and is claimed to be a process with independent intellectual property rights. The projects in Puyang Longyu and Linquan, Anhui already have experience with driving. You can take a look at this post: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-136668-1-1.html
It has already been put into use; the one in Linquan has successfully operated for over 120 days without any issues. It’s really good; my company has worked on their projects.
Can I get in touch with 4# buctsor? I am quite familiar with this device. QQ337690202 T: 13861452718
Currently, both demonstration units are operating well
