Seeking help with a question regarding the colors of international brand paints

In this paint model, there are two sets of numbers in the color section; I’m not sure how to interpret them Is the diluent also a pair of numbers? Please ask a friend for help. Intergard 345 epoxy primer/topcoat – Colors: AA Series/AAA046; Diluents: GTA220/GTA415. Interthane 990 polyurethane topcoat – Colors: PH series/PHA046; Diluents: GTA713/GTA733/GTA056
It’s very simple: the two groups are solid powder and liquid, and they just need to be mixed together by stirring. If you want more detailed information, you can ask their sales representative; they will come to the site to provide free guidance on the construction process.

If it’s written as above, that should work; when used on-site, mix them together and the color will appear, right? Are the diluents also prepared on-site from two materials?
