I am working on the special section for the design of safety facilities for a construction project that does not involve hazardous chemicals. No safety pre-assessment was conducted for this construction project. I really don’t know how to start on this special article. I wonder if there are any guidelines for projects that are not hazardous chemicals? How should it be written?

Since there are no relevant guidelines, I thought it would be fine to refer to the special section on safety facilities for hazardous chemicals. Moreover, the regulations for hazardous chemicals are stricter than those for non-hazardous chemicals; following the higher requirements will never be a mistake! Hehe!
