I am also a process engineer; my daily tasks include reviewing consumption reports and process parameters. Those with abnormal production, after being operational for a long time, can be detected in the reports. You can go ask the statistician; if those parameters exceed the limits, then it’s clear there’s a problem.
The operators can be gathered for a discussion session to discuss past abnormal situations, accidents, and the methods used to handle them, and then these can be compiled into statistics based on certain categories. Just a thought – if it’s a new factory, then it makes no sense: lol
