Does anyone know the manufacturers that produce lockhopper valves for the coal chemical industry? Please let me know; thank you!

In the United States, Mogas is the most expensive among imported slag locking valves, while Perrin is the cheapest but of the lowest quality. Nales and ARGUS have roughly similar market shares; however, their technical principles are different from one another. In China, Shanghai Hongsheng is the company that produces the most of these valves and currently has the highest market share. Zhejiang Chauda is also good, with strong hardware facilities and technical capabilities; there’s no need to consider the other companies.

The two space furnace projects in Puyang use Mogas valves, while those in Linquan use valves produced by Aerospace Coal Chemical Industry itself. The operation of the facilities in Linquan is very stable, which shows that domestic valves are no less good than foreign ones.
In the powder coal gasification unit of Anhui Linquan Chemical Aerospace Furnace, the oxygen cut-off valve, coal powder cut-off valve, coal powder direction control valve, slag locking valve, and black water control valve were all manufactured by Aerospace Coal Chemical Engineering Company. They are currently operating well, with some of these valves having been used for nearly 10,000 cycles.

Domestic products are still inferior to imported ones, whether in terms of service life or experience
There is a difference between domestic and imported products; for example, some manufacturers take into account financial pressures； For the slag discharge port and flushing water of the slag locking system, domestic products are used, while imported products are used for the inlet and outlet of the lock hopper ； It seems they all work pretty well too ； Still, when it comes to domestic products, it’s better to choose well-known brands; it would be great if production progress could be monitored.
