The return material system of the fluidized bed failed to function properly, resulting in insufficient boiler output; subsequently, increasing the air volume and coal supply was required to meet the load requirements, but this led to a sharp rise in the fan’s power consumption as well as an excessive amount of fly ash. Do anyone have any good suggestions for increasing the boiler’s output? Above the pipes in our boiler, at the four corners of the furnace, there are secondary air ducts. I was wondering if it would be possible to open these four ducts in order to supply secondary air into the furnace, thereby increasing the amount of time that the fine ash stays inside the furnace This method might increase the boiler’s output. What do you all think?

There are two preliminary reasons why the return valve is unable to send material back: 1. The flow rate of soot is too high, making it difficult for the separator to capture it; 2. The separator itself was misdesigned and installed. I would like to ask everyone: what are the requirements regarding the position of the flue gas inlet in a cyclone separator, in order for the flue gas to form a vortex inside it?
