What grade of welding wire is used for TIG welding of pipes?

In pipeline welding, when TIG welding is used, what grade of welding wire is generally employed? Our workshop currently uses ER50-4, but after checking the standards I found that this is suitable for CO2 gas shielded welding, not for TIG welding using Ar gas as a shielding agent. I asked someone else, and they said their TIG welding wire is H08A. I’m really confused; I hope everyone can help me out! Thank you so much!
Please specify what material the pipe is made of; H08A is an electrode wire for submerged arc welding

ER is wire used for gas shielded welding, while those starting with H are solid wire grades. The specific usage should be determined based on your welding process evaluation. For ordinary carbon steel or low-alloy steel, no gas shielding inside the tube is required; in such cases, solid wire is used. When gas shielding inside the tube or within the equipment is needed, or when CO2 gas shielding is employed, then gas-shielded welding wire should be used.

I don’t even know what the material is, nor do I know what welding wire to use!
If I’m not mistaken, the base metal for TIG welding is J427

1) Pay attention to the material of the pipe! 2) Ordinary carbon steel materials use H08Mn2SiA. 3) If the material is special, a welding assessment must be conducted!
I’m not entirely sure; I remember that the welding wire used for the device – specifically for the weld connecting the inlet of the conversion gas steam generator in the hydrogen production unit to the lower collection pipe – was provided by the manufacturer itself. It was a special type of welding wire, and I can’t recall its exact grade. As for the material of the equipment, I think the lower collection pipe is made of TP321. Everyone spoke actively to learn from it.
