How to apply the new petrochemical fire protection code GB50160-2008 in the ongoing construction drawing design

At present, we have several facilities under design; some of them are 70% complete. How should this code be applied to such facilities? I hope the experts can give some advice. Thank you!
The areas where there are significant changes in the new petrochemical regulations are the location of the plant, its overall layout, and the arrangement of equipment within it; other changes are not substantial. Therefore, as long as the project has not yet been constructed, it is still recommended that the design team modify the construction drawings in accordance with the new petrochemical regulations.
All items are re-reviewed in accordance with the new version’s requirements; those that do not meet the standards are redesigned. Training on the fire protection code GB50160-2008 was organized in various provinces and cities in 2008; it has been a year now, and design firms should understand the significance of implementing it at a later stage.
