I have a question for the experts here: When carrying out the replacement of oil pipelines inside road culverts, the ends of the pipelines to be replaced are cut using a gas welder, and a winch is used to pull the pipelines out of the culvert. However, when the pulling force provided by the winch is not sufficient to pull the pipelines out (possibly due to cement adhering to the pipelines), are there any other methods available to extract the pipelines? I thank everyone, guys!
Pull it out using an excavator or loader.
