Same as above; I guess it’s due to different ways of making the perforations, but I’m not quite sure exactly how. Please give some advice!

As for the differences, I’m not quite sure about the specifics. But one thing is for sure: the YKA model is very material-intensive, and it has now been phased out. As for the claim that YKA has poor heat exchange performance, that is unfounded. This person is not an expert on graphite equipment
What was said upstairs is great! The difference between YKA and YKD lies in whether they are hollow or solid; there is no difference whatsoever in terms of heat exchange performance. However, nowadays YKD is indeed used more often than YKA. As for which form to use, it depends on your specific needs.
Those on the 3rd and 4th floors are absolutely right; Best Graphite on the 2nd floor is probably just in the sales business and doesn’t understand technology. I guess they’ve never done heat transfer calculations.
Each type has its own advantages. In the early days, all graphite heat exchangers were of the YKA type; later, YKD and YKB types appeared, with each having its own advantages. YKB is easy to process, and for the same volume, its size is larger than that of YKA.
